About Jennifer

Jennifer Lyn Estep has lived many lives—Olympic Trials athlete, international model, corporate executive, artist, author—and in each she has had to begin again. She grew up tall and uncertain, hiding in plain sight, before traveling the world as a competitive synchronized swimmer and winning Elite Model Management’s Look of the Year. She later traded couture runways for boardrooms, earning an engineering degree at Purdue, completing executive training at Harvard, and leading billion-dollar biopharma strategies to deliver life-changing medical innovations to patients worldwide.

Her real story, however, is one of resilience: rebuilding after cancer, divorce, layoffs, and a child’s health crisis. She writes and speaks with the authenticity of someone who has been broken and rebuilt stronger.

Jennifer is the author of The One Year Mini for Busy Women (Tyndale, 2007) and the founder of Illuminous Studio, a lifestyle art brand. Her work blends raw storytelling with practical tools to help women move from exhaustion and self-doubt to steadiness, dignity, and joy. She brings the credibility of lived experience, the relatability of a working mother, and the steady voice of someone who has chosen—again and again—to rise and stand tall.
